BOOKINGINFORMATION
We offer 2 possibilities of booking your diving safari with us:
- You make an individual booking and join other divers on board.
Please find the safaris with free places in ‘Schedules’.
Minimum number of participants: 8
- You book a full charter
Booking a full charter guaranties you that the liveaboard will be reserved for you and your group only.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by the following methods:
- Bank transfer in euro to our Belgian bank account
- Bank transfer to our CIB Egypt account in euro, US$ or £GBP.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required within 10 days to confirm the booking. The full payment is required 2 months prior to departure.
NEEDED DETAILS OF PARTICIPANTS
Please provide us with the following details minimum 3 weeks prior to departure
- Passport number
- Diving license
- Number of dives + date of last dive made
- Insurance company + insurance number
- Flight details (flight number + place, date and hour of arrival and departure
RENTING DIVING EQUIPMENT, 15L BOTTLE or NITROX
Please reserve diving equipment, 15l bottles or nitrox minimum 3 weeks prior to departure.
Payment for these things can be made on board at the end of the week or by bank transfer in advance.
NOTES
New Diving Regulations in the Red Sea
- All divers on marine park safaris (routes that include a visit to Brothers, Daedalus, Rocky and/ or Zabargad) are required to have a minimum of 50 logged dives
- Divers must carry a surface marker buoy (SMB) on all dives
- Each buddy pair must carry an underwater lamp on all dives (even day dives)
- All divers are required to sign a self declaration medical form
- Valid diving insurance from a reputable company is required
We reserve the right to change the booked boat for another one should the need arise.
